    • No refunds if a client chooses not to turn up for the booking or is late.
    • If the client is late, they can use the remaining time of the booked session but the session will not be extended due to subsequent bookings.
  2. Gift Card Policy:
    • Gift cards have no expiry date.
    • Gift cards cannot be refunded for money.
    • Gift cards can be gifted with consulting Legacy VR.
    • Legacy VR holds a database of gift cards and will assist in locating lost gift cards. However, if a gift card is lost and cannot be found on the database, no liability is held, and the client cannot receive a refund.
  3. Rescheduling:
    • Legacy VR is happy to assist with rescheduling sessions.
    • Rescheduled sessions are subject to availability.
    • If the client cannot find suitable available dates for rescheduling, no refund will be provided.
  4. Terms of Use:
    • Users must accept the terms and conditions to access and use the virtual reality services.
    • Users must meet eligibility requirements and provide accurate information.
    • Services should be used for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
    • Prohibited conduct includes unauthorized access, disruption, and uploading of unlawful or offensive content.
  5. Privacy Policy:
    • Personal information is collected and used to provide virtual reality services.
    • Personal information may be shared with third-party service providers for operational purposes.
    • Data security measures are implemented, although no method is 100% secure.
    • Retention of personal information is subject to the purposes outlined and legal obligations.

Refund Policy

  1. Refund Eligibility: a. Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session start time. b. Cancellations made after the 48-hour period are not eligible for a monetary refund. Instead, clients may receive a credit refund in the form of gift cards, which can be used towards future bookings.
  2. No-Shows and Late Arrivals: a. If a client fails to turn up for a scheduled booking without providing prior notice, no refund will be issued. b. In the case of late arrivals, clients are welcome to use the remaining time of their booked session. However, the session will not be extended beyond the original end time due to subsequent bookings.
  3. Requesting Refunds: a. To request a refund or credit, clients must contact Legacy VR Limited by Info@legacyvr.co.uk and provide relevant booking details. b. Refund requests should include the client’s name, booking date, and any other relevant information that can assist in identifying the booking.
  4. Processing Refunds: a. Refunds will be processed within [number of business days] after the request is received and confirmed. b. If a credit refund is approved, the client will receive the gift card code via the provided contact method.
  5. Modifications to Bookings: a. Clients may request modifications to their bookings, such as rescheduling or changing the session duration, subject to availability and Legacy VR Limited’s approval. b. Legacy VR Limited reserves the right to deny modification requests if they conflict with other bookings or operational constraints.
  6. Exceptional Circumstances: a. In the event of exceptional circumstances, such as technical issues or unforeseen circumstances that prevent Legacy VR Limited from delivering the virtual reality experience, Legacy VR Limited will work with the client to find an appropriate resolution, which may include rescheduling or providing a refund.

Gift Card

  1. Gift Card Expiry: a. Gift cards issued by Legacy VR Limited do not have an expiry date. They remain valid until fully redeemed.
  2. Refund Policy: a. Gift cards cannot be refunded for cash or monetary value.
  3. Gifting Gift Cards: a. Gift cards from Legacy VR Limited can be gifted to others. b. Legacy VR Limited offers a consultation service to assist with gifting gift cards. Clients can contact Legacy VR Limited for guidance and recommendations on gifting options.
  4. Lost Gift Cards: a. Legacy VR Limited maintains a database of issued gift cards. b. In the event that a gift card is lost, clients should contact Legacy VR Limited and provide relevant details such as the purchaser’s name, purchase date, and any other information that can assist in locating the gift card. c. If Legacy VR Limited can locate the lost gift card on the database, the client will be able to redeem the gift card. d. However, if Legacy VR Limited cannot locate the lost gift card on the database, Legacy VR Limited does not hold liability, and the client will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Rescheduling

  1. Rescheduling Sessions: a. Legacy VR Limited is always happy to assist clients with rescheduling their sessions. b. However, rescheduling is subject to availability. c. Clients should contact Legacy VR Limited as soon as possible to request a rescheduling and provide preferred alternative dates and times.
  2. Availability Limitations: a. While Legacy VR Limited will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling requests, availability may be limited due to prior bookings or operational constraints. b. Legacy VR Limited cannot guarantee the availability of specific dates or times for rescheduling.
  3. Refunds and Rescheduling: a. If a client is unable to find suitable available dates for rescheduling, they will not be eligible for a refund. b. Legacy VR Limited will work closely with the client to explore alternative options and find a mutually agreeable solution.
  4. Notice Period for Rescheduling: a. Clients should provide notice of their rescheduling request as early as possible, preferably at least 48 Hours before the scheduled session. b. Late rescheduling requests may be subject to additional restrictions or fees at the discretion of Legacy VR Limited.

Terms of Use

  1. Acceptance of Terms: a. By accessing or using the virtual reality services provided by Legacy VR Limited, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. b. If you do not agree with these terms, you should refrain from accessing or using our services.
